The most common reason that people don’t see results is that they’re using some sort of oil-based product, usually a makeup remover/cleansers, or coconut/castor oil as conditioners. What happens is the oil forms a barrier that the serum can’t penetrate, so the serum can’t do its job. If you can keep oil-based products away from the areas you’re applying serum, you’ll start to see results in a few weeks!
Results can also be delayed if you’re only applying the serum once per day, or applying sporadically. Especially in the beginning, consistent application is key to seeing results. Lastly, if you’ve been using a serum that contains hormones, your results will be delayed, Supa can’t do its best work until about 4 weeks after you’ve stopped using a hormone-based serum. Please continue using the product until you are satisfied with the results.
Notably, each lash is in a different cycle at any given time, and the length of each phase is different for every individual. Keeping lashes conditioned and hydrated throughout these phases can help improve the appearance of length and volume, as well as reduce brittleness.
